2nd Shift Flexo Press Operator

New opening in Green Bay for an experienced flexo press operator. Position is Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm. Operator will run a 10-color Mark Andy; preference for any narrow web flexo backgrounds but will also consider wide web flexo.

Efficient setup and operation of a flexographic press (10 color 13 water base and/or 8 color 17 full UV), focusing on meeting specifications in product quality, safety, and effective management of material and product waste.
Ensure the press is stocked with all necessary materials that enable focus on the art of producing the labels. Provide leadership in areas of Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, ISO quality systems, innovation, and current systems technology.
