Job Description:
Position: Machine Operator
Temp to Hire Position. Long-Term Opportunity.
Schedule/Hours: 1st Shift 5am-330pm, Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities:
Set up machinery according to production specifications and schedules.
Operate machinery to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure smooth production flow.
Perform regular maintenance on machinery to keep it in good working condition.
Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production and resolve them in a timely manner.
Keep accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, downtime, and production output.
Operate equipment independently and adhere to safety and quality protocols.
Document all batch data and cleaning logs.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficient math skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. and operate equipment.
