Decor Associate IMMEDIATE OPENINGS This is an EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY if you enjoy working with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

Cutting, fabrication and prepping wood products
Producing and assembly of half walls top cap décor
multi-layer decor
art elements
Use of table saw
pin nailers, routers, drills and cut-off saws as needed for projects
Sand and prep surfaces for paint and/or staining

General Information:

Hours: 1st shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:00pm

Length: Temp to Hire

Pay: $18.00

Requirements:
Knowledgeable with measurement skills (tape measure)
Knowledgeable with operating hand tools: DA Sander, hand drill, miter saw, skill saw, air tools, various drills, buffer, utility knife etc.
Ability to read basic shop drawings and apply necessary measurements
Able operate drill press, table saws, band saw, hand grinder, punch press, belt sander; as deemed necessary within the department
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
Ability to lift 30- 50 pounds
Ability to work independently and have a desire to learn new tasks or skills
Must be flexible and able to adapt to change
