We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute your expertise in family law matters. You will be handling various complex legal issues involving high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sound counsel and representation to clients on various family law matters including but not limited to high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption.
• Develop and implement family law strategies that meet clients' needs and objectives.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to keep abreast of changes and updates in family law.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Foster and build client relationships through exceptional client service.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Proven experience in handling high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Strong research and report writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and legal case management skills.
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
